RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You may retract your acceptance of the contract (without giving reasons) in writing, for example, by post or by email, within 4 weeks calculated from the day of acceptance of the purchase. The cancellation period begins no sooner than on the day after the acceptance of the contract, or for that matter no later than the exhaustion of the 4-week long approval period of your purchase on trial, provided that you at this point have received the goods and these instructions in writing, and that all obligations on our part towards providing you with information have been fulfilled. For orders up to 45€, the costs of reshipment are borne by the customer in the event that the delivery does not comply with the goods ordered, or alternatively is defective (for orders over 45€ we bear the costs). To avail of the rights of the cancellation a timely dispatch of the retraction or of the goods suffices. The cancellation is to be addressed to:

Cancellations are to be addressed to:

URBERLIN, Fatih Alasalvaroglu, Pallasstr. 10/11, 10781 Berlin.

The customer must make the payment for the reshipment in advance. In the case of an inadequately franked reshipment URBERLIN reserves the right to deduct the arising expenses from the amount refunded or alternatively to invoice them.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

In the event of a revocation the received payments and/or goods are to be reciprocally reimbursed, and if applicable, compensation for advantages enjoyed (such as use of the goods) is to be made. You receive the payments you made back; we receive the goods delivered to you back. In the event that you are unable to return the entire or a part of the received goods back to us, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us. This does not apply when the deterioration of the goods can be reversed through a normal refitting. You can avoid the obligation for compensation by not using the goods as if they were your property, and in this way not affect the value of the goods.
